- Confident leading a shoot, helping people relax, express themselves, and stay on message.
- Have a knack for distilling ideas into short, sharp, impactful copy.
- Think both creatively and analytically, balancing storytelling and performance.
- A strong communicator, comfortable managing client expectations and feedback.
- Have a strong interest in a few topics, whether it's coffee, beauty, fitness, tech, or beyond, and enjoy learning enough to speak your client's language.
- Bonus point if you: have experience working in creative agencies; fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Collaborate closely with clients to create content that uniquely captures their story and objectives.
- Develop scripts, captions, and copy for each contents.
- Manage content uploads and provide monthly performance reports.
- Lead content shoots by directing clients on how to deliver their message with confidence and clarity, and ensuring messaging is sharp and aligned to the strategy.
- Work hand-in-hand with visual producers to bring messaging and visuals together seamlessly.
