- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Proven expertise in childcare policy, curriculum development, and early childhood pedagogy
- 10 years of experience in developing curriculum, training modules, childcare facilities and services.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing training modules for caretakers, tutors, and administrators.
- Strong applied understanding of child development, play-based learning, and inclusive practices.
- Practical experience working directly with children, families, and professionals.
- Familiarity with Indonesia’s ECD landscape, including government frameworks and NGO initiatives; an existing professional network in the sector is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in report writing, facilitation, and communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience with donor-funded projects (e.g., World Bank, ADB, UN agencies) is desirable
