KOL & Affiliate Specialist

Kualifikasi :

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership management.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and their creator ecosystems.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Plan and execute Influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
Source, approach, and build long-term relationships with KOLS, creators, and affiliate partners.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution from briefing and negotiation to content review and performance tracking.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, sales, ROI) and provide optimization insights.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align influencer content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
